I begin with a thorough diagnostic review. I take the first few days to meet with key stakeholders, understand the financials, and identify core operational issues. After that, I outline the critical challenges and establish clear priorities for immediate action.

I prioritize tasks based on their impact and urgency, while focusing on quick wins to stabilize the situation. I ensure that immediate concerns are addressed without neglecting our long-term strategic goals, creating momentum and building stakeholder confidence.
